Even though there were challenges in getting the helper I originally had in mind, she quickly helped me find a replacement that matched the criteria I set. This was frustrating as we needed a helper ASAP, & we had to chase the agency for many days before they revealed this. However Mheg was eventually able to send suitable new profiles & arrange interviews ASAP. Mheg also managed to expedite the new helper's arrival. So far we are very happy with the helper.
