From 2019 until 2022, Jonaliza worked as a Domestic Helper in Saudi Arabia for a Muslim family. Her employer lived in a 3-storey house with 8 bedrooms and 5 toilets, and she was the only helper in the household.

Her main responsibilities included taking care of an elderly person and an 8-year-old girl (grandchild). She assisted the elderly with daily needs such as preparing clothes, assisting with personal care, and preparing meals. For the child, she handled sending and fetching from school, preparing school needs, and ensuring her daily routine. In addition, she managed household chores such as cooking, cleaning, ironing, laundry, and washing dishes. She is capable of handling both childcare and elderly care while maintaining a well-organized home.

From 2024 until 2025, Jonaliza worked as a Domestic Helper in Hong Kong for a Chinese family with two children, both girls aged 8 and 9 years old. They lived in a condominium-type house with 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets, and she was the only helper in the household.

Her main duties were to look after the two children, including sending and fetching them from school, preparing school things such as uniforms, shoes, and socks, and combing their hair. She also handled household chores such as cooking, cleaning, ironing, laundry, changing bed covers, and mopping the floor.

Her special skills include bicycle riding and hand sewing. She is willing to learn how to bake and is also willing to do car washing, gardening, and take care of pets.

Jonaliza prefers to work for Chinese families, Indian vegetarian families, and Indian non-vegetarian families.

Philippines 2010-2013

▪ Bernadita worked before in the Philippines as a housemaid for 3 years. Her employer is a Filipino family with 3 children ages 10, 8 and 2 months old baby girl. Her main priority is look after the 2 months old baby. She does diaper changing, putting the baby to sleep, doing a night feeding, sterilizing baby utensils, bathing, feeding, preparing milk formula for the baby. She is the one who prepare meals for the whole family. She likes to play, sing a song and read a story book for the children, helping and assisting the children doing school works and assisting in toileting like bathing, feeding, changing clothes etc.

Singapore (2013–2026)

▪ Bernadita has 13 years of working experience with one Chinese employer in Singapore. The family has 2 children who were 3 and 6 years old when she started working. She was the only helper in an HDB flat with 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet.

▪ Her main duty was childcare, including sending and fetching the children from school, preparing their meals, and assisting with their daily needs as they grew up. Aside from childcare, she also managed all household chores independently, such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and marketing.

▪ Her long service with one employer shows that she is trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain a good working relationship with the family.


▪ Bernadita is able to do a general housework like ironing, marketing, cooking, washing clothes, mopping the floor etc. She also knows how to used electrical appliances such as oven toaster, washing machine, rice cooker etc. She also interested learn how to cook Chinese and Indian Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian food likes dhal, chapatti, porridge, stir fry vegetables, steam fish etc. She is eager to learn how to cook any kind of food if taught. She knows how to follow recipe book. She is interested to work in Chinese family only.
