Her main role is to look after the kids and newborn. Johneva was the one cooking for the rest of the family and feeding the kids. Johnneva's jobs scope also is to look after the baby like bathe the baby, changing diapers, helping the baby to fall asleep by singing lullabies. She maintains house tidiness everyday, she does mopping the floor, vacuuming and cleaning the windows. 2019-2021 she worked with a Qatari/Muslim family in Qatar. Her employer has 4 helper and Johneva's duty was to to cleaning cooking, and marketing only. Family was staying in 3 story house with 6 big bedrooms, 6 toilets, and 6 living rooms.

She's able to cook Filipino and basic Arabic food and she is eager to learn other cuisines.
