Arlene is a 37-year-old, from the province of La Union, Philippines. She is married and a mother of 17 and 12 years old children, she had 10 siblings. She is a high school graduate and is able to communicate in English.

She works in Singapore for 5 years from 2016-2021 with 2 families only, Her 1st and 3rd employer are the same families.

1st employer, She served a Chinese family with 2 children ages 14 and 12 years old. They stayed in an HDB flat with 3 rooms and 3 toilets. She does the cooking, general housework, supervised the children, send and fetch them at school. In addition to that work, Arlene also took care of the employer's nieces and nephews ages 12, 6, and 2 years old.

2nd employer was a Chinese couple, They were staying in 3 stories landed house with 4 rooms and 3 toilets. She does the cooking, groceries, taking care of grandma, accompanying her to go therapy 2x a week, car-washing, and preparing food.

3rd employer is the same family as her 1st employer and Arlene's duties were all the same.

She knows how to cook Filipino and Chinese foods. She is willing to learn other cuisines. She also can cook by following recipe books, youtube, or instructions by her employer.

She is willing to work in Chinese and Expat families. She is okay with taking care of either child 3 years old and above or the elderly. Okay to take care of pets, and doing car washing too.

She is kind especially with kids and the elderly, responsible for her duties, and independent.
