First Employer – Singapore (Filipino Family)
Jocelyn worked for a Filipino family with two children, both girls aged 7 and 16 years old. The family lived in an HDB flat with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. There were two Filipino helpers working in the household.

Her main responsibility was to look after the 7-year-old child. She assisted in preparing the child’s school needs such as school bags, uniforms, shoes, and school materials, and helped with homework and assignments. Aside from childcare, she also performed household chores including cooking, cleaning, marketing, and car washing.

Second Employer – Singapore (Chinese Family)
Jocelyn worked for a Chinese elderly couple. Ah Ma had half-body stroke, while Ah Kong had dementia. They lived in an HDB flat with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets, and Jocelyn was the only helper in the household.

Her main duty was to take care of the elderly couple, including giving medication, preparing their clothes, and assisting them with daily needs. She also handled cooking, marketing, car washing, and general household chores.

Third Employer – Singapore (Indian Vegetarian Family)
Jocelyn worked for an Indian vegetarian family with two daughters aged 9 and 14 years old. The family lived in a condominium with 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets. There were two helpers working together in the house (one Indonesian and one Filipina).

Her main responsibility was to take care of the 9-year-old girl, including preparing school things, serving food, and helping her change uniforms. She also assisted with cooking vegetarian meals, cleaning, marketing, and car washing.

Fourth Employer – Singapore (Chinese Family)
Jocelyn worked for a Chinese elderly couple living in an HDB flat with 3 bedrooms and 1 toilet. She was the only helper in the household.

Ah Ma was 90 years old with mild dementia, while Ah Kong was a stroke patient with kidney failure. Her main responsibility was to take care of Ah Kong, including bathing him, giving medication, bringing him to doctor’s appointments for follow-up check-ups, and preparing his clothes. She also managed cooking, marketing, and general housework.

Her duties included diaper changing, bathing, maintaining proper hygiene, giving medicine through NGT (Nasogastric Tube), and feeding milk through NGT. She ensured the patient’s safety, comfort, and proper care at all times. She is experienced in handling bedridden patients and understands the importance of patience and attentiveness in elderly care. In addition to elderly care, Maricel also has experience in looking after children. Her main duty was to take care of a 76-year-old female elderly patient who was also bedridden and in a comatose condition after a brain operation. She performed diaper changing, bathing, administering medicine through NGT, and feeding through NGT. She is confident in providing proper medical-related assistance under employer or family instructions.
