Josie worked as Domestic Helper in Singapore, For 4 years and 6 months in one employer only, From 2014 until 2018. Her employer is a Chinese Family together with 2 children aged 20 years old girl and 19 years old boy. Staying in Condominium house with 2 Bedrooms and 2 toilets. The only helper working in the employer house.

Josie keep herself prepared to do what employer instructed to her responsibilities to be done. First ,She wakes up early to prepare herself, Then prepares for breakfast. They can prepare the recipe for what food should be cook for that meals Then she can do cooking, after cooking she clean it up the area usually the kitchen. Also can prepare the children things such as school uniforms, bags, shoes, book and other things to be bring in school. Josie arrange and organizes the childrens things and doing house work too. She does laundry, ironing, moping the floor, wiping, cleaning the surroundings, changing the bed cover, pillow, blankets, curtains, table cover and etc. She is understanding with children and very concerned with them. She treat like her own children too. Employers are comfortable with her.

She take care of a newborn baby and doing house works. She give her time and focus to the children. Josie secure the safety of children who cares and see to it that is in good hand. Knows how to put the baby to sleep, doing a night feeding, preparing milk formula for the baby, sterilizing baby utensils, feeding, bathing, putting the baby a lotion and powder, cutting nails, giving medicine as prescribed by the specialist Doctor. She enjoy sing a song like nursery rhymes ,can create instant bonding with her. She always keep the surroundings clean, monitor child properly, She is patient and understanding with kids.

Household duties are easy for her to do like ironing, cooking, marketing, dusting, dish washing, washing clothes etc. Knows how to use a modern electrical appliances such as electric iron and kettle, washing machine, rice cooker, oven toaster, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner etc.

1) Deployment of New Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW)
Deployment of New FDW from Indonesia, Philippines and Myanmar and these 3 countries are approved source from MOM for FDW deployment.

2) Deployment of New Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW)
Personally interview of Indonesia, Philippines and Myanmar at any of our branches located through out Singapore. Processing of Work Permit can be as fast as 3 working days.

3) Direct hire of FDW
Direct application without FDW paying for additional loan, Processing In Singapore and country of origin will be handled by our experienced staff.

4) Settling-In-Programme (SIP)
All first-time FDWs are required by Law to attend the SIP before starting work with their employers and within the first three days of their arrival. We will ensure the registrations of FDW for the SIP within time frame given.

5) Passport Renewal and Homeleave Processing
Processing for passport renewal and Home Leave documentations for Indonesia and Philippines FDW return home to their country of origin for holidays during the employment in Singapore.

6) Medical Check-up
FDW is required to go for medical check-up upon arrival to Singapore and every 6th monthly to screen for infectious diseases and pregnancies. The medical will be performed by registered Singapore doctor. The employer will bear any medical expenses incurred by the FDW in the course of the medical.

7) Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
We will will assists in purchasing the minimum insurance coverage required by MOM for FDW Accidental and Permanent Disability. Employer can upgrade the comprehensive insurance coverage at a reasonable rate because it is employer responsibility to undertake the costs of her medical treatment during her employment in Singapore.
